So many folks who enter the public safety space try to learn how the dispatch process works its a mix of old, and new technologies and procedures over many years. Typically it doesn’t change overnight but can with the right patience.
In this unfinished manuscript I try and go over how things work and my opinions on how it works. Hope you enjoy it. One day I might actually finish it, since I did start it almost a decade ago now.
